Customer value analysis is an instrument for surveying the strategic positioning of an enterprise, compared to competitors, in the perception of customers. Fundamental, therefore, is the appraisal of the customer value of the competing offers considered by customers. Customer value analysis identifies the crucial criteria for the buying decision and how the various competitors are assessed.
