Positive thinking

“Positive thinking” is one of the principles of effective management. Effective managers think positively and constructively out of principle. They don’t wear themselves out on difficulties; don’t orientate themselves against problems, but on strengths, opportunities and possibilities. They ask the question that generates effectiveness: “What chances and opportunities does this problem offer us and how can we use it in the best way possible?”
