Purpose oriented social systems

Purpose oriented social systems are man-made constructs  that consist of humans and which have the purpose of creating value for customers. The term is synonymous for institutions of all shapes, sizes, areas of activities and legal form (private or public sector organisations, teams and departments). System oriented management considers the focus of management – i.e. the objects that need to be managed – to be all purpose oriented social systems.
