Responsibility

The responsibility of managers is divided into 3 aspects.  Firstly they are responsible for themselves – their ability to perform and their performance. Secondly they are responsible for others – for their employees and their ability to perform and their performance. Thirdly they are responsible for their institution– for its ability to perform and performance.
