The purpose of each institution is the creation of satisfied customer. The customer value created by the products and/or services of an institution has to be the centre of attention for all operations. The customer value has to be actionable for the strategy as well as for design of the structures and processes.  The most important task of each institution is to seek out and satisfy customers.
