Meetings, whether you love or hate them, are a tool of effective management. Managers spend the majority of their time in meetings. That is why these meetings have to be productive. By only sticking to a few simple rules, meetings can become very effective. The rules concern the design of the agenda, the facilitation of the meeting and the implementation of the results of the meeting.
