Normative management

Normative management, also know as corporate policy – is superimposed over strategic management and operational management. It defines the business mission of an institution, its values and norms. The subject matter of normative management comprises decisions regarding master controls and corporate governance. Normative management is focused on ensuring the sustainability of an institution.
