The problem of the customer is the lynchpin of every strategy. It is a starting point for customer value, which an institution with its products and services wants to create for its customers. Therefore the problem of the customer is the key factor for orientation in the strategic navigation system . It has to be solution-invariant – i.e. independently formulated from today’s existing solutions (services of the enterprise).
