The term growth is difficult to grasp and dangerous, as long as one doesn’t differentiate between healthy and unhealthy growth. Beyond doubt one can say that growth is an important economical factor. Growth as a strategic objective, however, is wrong and dangerous, because businesses are invariably led to failures. There are only two indicators to differentiate between healthy and unhealthy growth: market position and productivity.
