St. Gallen management model

The St.Gallen management model is the theoretical framework of system oriented management. At the same time is a frame of reference for the fulfilment of management tasks by the managers of an institution. The St.Gallen management model is based on three pillars: the environment, the business and management. The basis for this is the differentiation between management tasks and functional tasks.
