Control

Control refers to the ability of a systems to steer itself in a broad understanding of the notion of dealing with complexity. It ensures a purpose oriented handling and mastering of complexity, a functioning of systems and subsequent robustness against errors. Control thereby ensures that a system is acting according to its purpose and can be considered to be “under control”.
